    The pulled pork is INCREDIBLE. They serve it up with steak fries (the perfect side dish) and have huge glasses of sweetened tea. The ambience is just what you'd expect from a genuine BBQ joint.

    The food gets to you quicker than you'd expect.

    The staff is always friendly. I've been there several times and never had anything but great service.

 

*Their BBQ is some of the best in Chattanooga, they have been around a long time so they know what they are doing. The service is great an the waitresses keep checking back with you to see if everything is okay.

 

*Outstanding experience! Is the nicest place to go, the staff are absolutely wonderful and the best we have ever experienced. I would recommend the Rib&Loin in Brainerd, for its outstanding food and outstanding friendly service. So hats off too the crew of Rib and loin .YOUR THE BEST!

Great food! Some of the best barbecue I have ever had! The sandwich was huge and the potatoes were killer! I eat there all of the time and it is just as good as it was 20 years ago when they opened! So eat there!

Rib and Loin is the BEST barbeque in Chattanooga!

*barbecue is a southern specialty and this rib joint serves Chattanooga's favorite "q". tender pork or beef is hand-pulled from the bone and piled high atop a multi-grain bun and served with baked beans and slaw- expert review
 

*I have been eating at Rib N loin for many years now. I must brag on their chicken topped baked potato. It is very filling and taste scrumptious. It comes with a side of Texas toast and would be a great meal for lunch or for dinner. Also their sweet tea is magnificent. I did find one flaw they cater meals to business’ or to your family dinners. Only the food is not as good in bulk like that as it is when you sit down and eat. Now do not get me wrong I am not saying that the food is bad when it is catered because it is not, it is still very good. But the problem is that it is just good, not great like the food is inside the restaurant. You can not beat the prices at Rib N loin either. If you are in Chattanooga and in the mood for barbeque I definitely recommend Rib N loin. I still would even recommend their catering services just do not expect it to be as good as the servings you receive inside the restaurant.
